Daily & Weekly Observation Logs and Incident-Reporting Support

NSC Enterprises delivers daily or weekly safety observation logs in one standard format: date, time, area, activity, what was observed, who was notified and status. After an incident, observers give factual first-hand accounts and document scene conditions to support your reporting process. Your team leads investigations and owns the findings.

A consistent log is what turns observation into something your team can use. NSC Enterprises delivers daily or weekly logs in a standardized format, and supports your incident-reporting process with factual, first-hand documentation.

Incident-reporting support

  • Factual accounts of what the observer saw
  • Conditions at the scene documented promptly
  • Information provided in the format your process uses
  • Your team leads the investigation and owns the findings

In detail

Supporting your reporting obligations

Reporting to OSHA is the employer's duty, and some deadlines are short. Federal OSHA requires a work-related fatality to be reported within 8 hours, and an in-patient hospitalization, amputation or loss of an eye within 24 hours. Prompt, factual documentation from an observer helps your team meet them.
